Awesome place to get all types of landscaping rocks, gravel, sand, and other landscaping material. Great people to work with. Good customer service. They have fresh cold water & self serve , self made hot coffee Huge yard. Huge place. Process is easy & simple & super fast . Stop by the office first & let them know what you need, they will tell the loader, Go on the scale around the building & get weighed ,Go get loaded . Go back on the scale & get weighed again . Stop by the office & pay & exit Great selection of good quality material. Reasonable prices. Good for large contractors, and for homeowners Excellent convenient location Highly recommend

Arrived at this location on a Saturday, 3:40pm and was told they just got power back and have to wait for the computer to restart to place an order. Lady at the counter took my order and dispatched it to the yard loader. As the computer was rebooting, at 3:45pm SHARP, she abruptly said they cannot take any orders and they closed for the day. I drove for over half an hour and rushed to get there in time, so I pleaded for just a couple more minutes to let the computer finish rebooting and complete my order. I offered to pay cash if needed or if they cannot take cards. The loader guy was waiting outside with the bucket full. She didn't want to hear any of that, just wanted to clock out immediately (15m before closing time, mind you). "I have better things to do with my life" is what she declared, with a pronounced disgust, typical of someone who hates their job. Terrible attitude and customer service, more so because this was happening within the posted open hours. I'll be taking my business to the other yard, 1 mile North, and recommend you reader do the same!

Last month K delivered 10 cu yd of unscreened arborist chips. The experience and quality of products exceeded my expectations. Every interaction I had was friendly, helpful, and respectful. I spoke with the office manager (Kelly) several times and they were able to answer my many questions which helped me feel confident I was getting the right product. The delivery from K was fantastic. They were extremely careful and helped unload in a very tight driveway. K is an impressive driver. He was also one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. After he unloaded he asked me about my project and was genuinely interested. Not only was he extremely professional and great driver, he was very uplifting and positive to interact with. I have nothing but good things to say about Sunset materials and their amazing employees: especially Kelly and K. Highly recommend for the great product, great prices, and great people!
